Company has been established as the first local and independent laboratory in the field of fire pump performance testing in Iran, relying on specialized engineering knowledge, local technology, and full compliance with international standards. This laboratory plays a key role in improving the quality, safety, and reliability of the country&#8217;s firefighting equipment and is considered one of the important infrastructures for industrial development and national safety.<\/p><p>Before the establishment of this complex, the <strong>testing and evaluation process of <\/strong> in the country was limited, dependent, and often non-independent, and it was not possible to conduct complete, standardized, and credentialed tests within the country. Mana Sanat Paydar Laboratory has been designed and equipped with the aim of filling this gap, creating a specialized testing reference, and reducing dependence on foreign services.<\/p><p>This laboratory initially started its activity by focusing on evaluating the performance of imported pumps, but later became a completely independent and comprehensive center that has the ability to conduct standard tests of all types of fire pumps regardless of the conditions of the engine room, installation location or implementation project. The output of each test is a detailed, structured and reliable technical report that can be the basis for technical approval, quality control, project delivery and standard documentation.\n\nThe mechanical infrastructure of the laboratory includes a closed test circuit, precise inlet, outlet and bypass paths, engineered piping, a robust industrial chassis and aligned couplings that ensure stable, safe and repeatable test conditions. The design of this section has been done in such a way that it is capable of competing with advanced regional and international laboratories.\n\nThe entire testing process in the laboratory is managed by an advanced control system. The hardware design, software development and control logic of this system have been completely carried out by Mana Sanat Paydar\u2019s technical and engineering team.
