Booster Pump control panel

Operation with a power supply

Voltage: VAC to 600 VAC 120

PRESSURE TRANSDUCER

Fire control panel is the main and most important part of fire alarm systems. And it also has the task of coordination between all components and parts of the system. Actually, this system controls the outputs by checking all the inputs. The main part of the fire extinguishing system in buildings, etc., are booster fire pumps. Due to the sensitivity and importance of preserving human life and property, relevant organizations and bodies have formulated strict standards and laws in the production and construction of booster fire pumps and the equipment used in it. Simply put, a fire controller is a device for safely starting and stopping a fire pump, and also has the task of constantly monitoring conditions that can prevent the fire pump from working properly. The control panel works in the same way as any motor controller, except it is built to stricter standards to ensure it functions properly in critical situations.

Manual start of fire pump booster controller

To manually start fire pumps, you can do it through the controller screen or the keys that are installed on the controller door. But in automatic mode, the control panels are set in such a way that the electropump is turned on by a pressure drop or by a signal from a remote device, such as a flow switch or deluge valve. Also, in accordance with the related standards and regulations, a timer is installed in the controller for automatic periodical testing (self-service) as well as setting the time the electropump stays on after stabilizing the system pressure. In the following, we will examine the original Rama fire controller in detail.

Ramaasli controllers consist of six main components:

1. Controller housing 2. Controller command circuit 3. Control panel power circuit 4. Touch screen 5. Release valve (solenoid valve) alarm (marketer)
