Firefighting Two-door one-way valve
The fire hydrant is a vital safety device that is used in places where fire fighting is needed. This type of valve has two doors that work in one direction, which means that both doors do not open at the same time. This feature ensures that water or other firefighting materials only flow where needed. Using a one-way fire hydrant can help reduce many risks and injuries that may occur if water or fire extinguishers are used incorrectly. This device is used as a main component in fire fighting systems and its presence can help people and living environments in emergency situations. In general, a fire hydrant is an important and vital device that must be properly installed and maintained in order to function at its best when needed and help reduce damages caused by fire incidents.
The two-way valve is designed with minimum pressure drop in the water transmission lines in two swing and disk models. In the one-way disc valve model, the strap path of this valve is actually two pieces and is from the center of the hinge. This track is placed on the seat by a torsion spring in a hook. This one-way valve is normally closed and the diverter is kept locked by a torsion spring. When the flow path is forward, the fluid pressure causes the hinge gate to open and allow the flow to pass. In this case, as soon as the fluid flow is stopped and before the reverse flow is created in the one-way valve, the discs are closed again by the force of the spring.
1- The pressure drop in this type of one-way valve is much lower than other one-way valves. 2- This one-way valve can be opened with minimal pressure. 3- This one-way valve can be used in any position, including vertically.
